Note: This is a premium feature - you can get access by upgrading your account in your profile or getting a site wide license at your school!

You have now run a few RoundTable discussions and would like to see your students' performance over the academic year.

Follow These Steps to Access Student Reports:

1. Once you’re in the desired course, click the reports icon in the top right corner.

2.  Click a student name on the right side, and a summary of their participation will appear.

You should now be on the Summary tab.

Skills Over Time

This is a summary of the Written and Verbal RoundTables that a student has participated in. You can choose to filter this graph based on all skills or one specific skill.

  • The bar in the graph is the skill score that a student received in a RoundTable.

  • The line in the graph is the class average for that skill across RoundTables.

Written RoundTable Engagement

If you hover over the Written RoundTable Engagement graphs, you can view whether or not they submitted a response and number of comments and replies a student has made for each Written RoundTable. The line graph shows the total contributions that student made (green line) compared to the class average (blue line).

Verbal RoundTable Engagement

If you hover over the Verbal RoundTable Engagement graphs, you can view how many new ideas, challenges, build ons and questions that each student made in each Verbal RoundTable. The line graph shows the total times that student spoke (green line) compared to the class average (blue line).

Next, click the Discussions Tab to see a breakdown of this student's participation in each discussion.

  • RoundTable Analytics: To view a student's data from each RoundTable select the RoundTable you would like to view from the drop down menu. Once selected, you can see the student's original submission, any associated comments, all of their comments and the teacher feedback.

Exporting Data in a CSV file:

To export their report, click on the "Export Data" button. A CSV file will appear with a separate tab for the Written RoundTable and the Verbal RoundTable.

The CSV file will include

- Student’s submissions

- Comments

- Teacher Feedback

- Student Notes

- Participation Data

- Assessment Points
