How to add coaches or administrators to your organization (For Administrators)

1. First, ensure that the coach is imported as a user at your school / district on the User Management page.

Note: Make sure their role is listed as a Teacher.

2. Select the user's name to open their profile.

3. The Admin Privileges drop-down bar includes the following options:

  • None - Teacher account, no admin privileges or access to the portal.

  • Admin - Full access to the Admin Portal.

  • Coach - They will have access to the Admin Portal with certain limitations that include:

    • No school membership tab.

    • They cannot upload new users.

The coach will be able to access the Admin Portal option in the bottom left corner.
