1. First, ensure that the coach is imported as a user at your school / district on the User Management page.
Note: Make sure their role is listed as a Teacher.
2. Select the user's name to open their profile.
3. The Admin Privileges drop-down bar includes the following options:
None - Teacher account, no admin privileges or access to the portal.
Admin - Full access to the Admin Portal.
Coach - They will have access to the Admin Portal with certain limitations that include:
No school membership tab.
They cannot upload new users.
The coach will be able to access the Admin Portal option in the bottom left corner.
